Prices are stated in USD. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of the User's payment is final and binding for that User.

6. Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to access being granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Whop, Klarna, and bank transfer.
6.1 Default on Payment
In the event that the User fails to complete a scheduled installment payment, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to all materials, platforms, and community channels. Amounts already paid shall be retained by the Company as compensation for services already rendered and shall not be refundable.
6.2 Payment Processing Fees
All payment processing fees, bank transfer charges, and currency conversion costs are borne exclusively by the User. These are deducted from any approved refund amount and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Refund Policy
The "Money From Content" challenge is a time-bound, daily-delivery program. Because content, community access, live interactions, and daily materials are delivered from Day 1 on a non-recoverable schedule, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of challenge days remaining at the time a written refund request is received โ€” not days consumed, not days viewed.
7.1 How Refunds Are Calculated
The challenge consists of 14 days of service delivery. The refundable value is calculated as follows:
Per-day value = Total amount paid รท 14
Refundable amount = Per-day value ร— Number of challenge days not yet started at the time the refund request is received
Final refund = Refundable amount โˆ’ applicable payment processing fees and bank charges
For the avoidance of doubt: a "challenge day" is considered delivered once the calendar date of that day has begun (00:00 EST on the scheduled day), regardless of whether the User has logged in, viewed the content, or completed the task for that day. The Company's obligation is to make content available; the User's choice not to engage does not entitle them to a refund for that day.
Example:
A User who paid $199 submits a refund request on Day 5 (after Days 1โ€“4 have started). Days 1โ€“4 are considered delivered (4 days ร— $14.21 = $56.86). Days 5โ€“14 are not yet started (10 days ร— $14.21 = $142.14). After deducting applicable processing fees (typically 3โ€“5%), the net refund would be approximately $135โ€“$137.

7.2 Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
  1. The User submits a written refund request to info@thebrandcodes.com with a stated reason.
  2. The request is received no later than Day 10 of the challenge (i.e., no refunds are issued for requests submitted on Days 11โ€“14 or after the challenge ends).
  3. The User has not violated any terms of this Agreement (see Section 8).
  4. The User has not shared, redistributed, or reproduced any proprietary materials from the challenge.
7.3 Non-Refundable Elements
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
  • Days of the challenge that have already started (as defined in Section 7.1)
  • Payment processing fees, bank charges, and currency conversion costs
  • The value of any prizes won, bonuses unlocked, or additional materials accessed
  • Any portion of the program accessed through a discounted, promotional, or referral rate (the discount itself is non-refundable)
7.4 Processing Timeline
  • The Company will review refund requests within 45 calendar days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 100 calendar days.

8. User Obligations and Conduct
The User agrees to:
  • Provide accurate personal and contact information at registration.
  • Not copy, share, screenshot, redistribute, or reproduce any program materials, scripts, templates, hooks, or frameworks outside of personal use.
  • Maintain respectful conduct in all community channels and group chats.
  • Not engage in conduct that is disparaging, defamatory, or damaging to the Company's reputation in any public or private forum.
Violation of any of the above constitutes grounds for immediate termination of access without any refund, regardless of the number of days remaining in the challenge.
The Company reserves the right to remove any User from the challenge and revoke access without refund if the User's conduct disrupts the experience of other participants or damages the Company's brand.

9. Intellectual Property
All content delivered within the challenge โ€” including daily hooks, Reel ideas, virality tactics, warm-up scripts, audio recordings, PDF guides, templates, and frameworks โ€” is the exclusive intellectual property of 12410842 Canada Inc.
The User is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use materials for their own content creation during and after the challenge. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or use in third-party training programs or courses.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • The Company makes no guarantees of specific follower growth, revenue, or business outcomes resulting from participation in the challenge. Results depend entirely on the User's effort, consistency, and individual circumstances.
  • Past results referenced in marketing materials (e.g., Tiffany: 1,300 โ†’ 36.2K; Justin: 140K โ†’ 1.6M) are real but not typical. They are not guarantees of future performance.
  • The Company is not liable for technical issues on the User's side, interruptions to third-party platforms (including Whop, Instagram, or TikTok), or the User's inability to access materials due to their own device, internet, or account issues.
  • All materials are provided "as is" for educational and personal development purposes.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Acceptance
BY COMPLETING PAYMENT FOR THE "MONEY FROM CONTENT" CHALLENGE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT.
